Really enjoyed a microwave oven, central heating, and a TV, immaculately clean and new-fashioned room. And thanks to its very central location it was so close to a church, restaurants and eateries, and the lake and the town. We met affable and pleasant staff there.

Location was amazing and incredible, just off shops and restaurants as well as shops so very nice for shopping. Staff was amicable and helpful despite our late arrival.
Rooms were cramped.

We liked the stay here, perfectly pleasant experience. There was a nice size room with a good view, a 'mini bar', as example. Personnel were helpful and amiable, day and night.

A fairly clean apartment a super close walk to centre with everything we needed. The room was bright, perfect with a mirror in the bedroom, had good wi-fi.

Despite this, the location of the hotel is great, with shops and restaurants on the esplanade just a short walk away. the room itself is well presented and comes with all the modern conveniences you would expect, such as a fridge freezer and microwave, ensuring a comfortable stay. the cleanliness of the room is also commendable, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. the Crown Inn offers a convenient location and well-equipped rooms for a enjoyable stay.
There is no mirror in the room with a light above it, making it difficult for some guests to get ready for a night out.

the gentleman who greeted us when we arrived was very welcoming and had the keys ready for us. the location was excellent, with the town, lake, and seafront all within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised to find free parking just 30 seconds away, and the complimentary WiFi and Sky TV were unexpected bonuses. the apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-presented, with all the necessary facilities. the tea tray and biscuits were a lovely touch, and there was even a mini bar available if we wanted to use it. a great stay at a brilliant price for a 5-star experience. Cons: Nothing, all great! 😊.

I had a fantastic time at the Crown Inn. The location was superb, with plenty of bars and shops nearby. The room I stayed in was cozy, just like the pictures showed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to get up for the 10am check out. The woman who welcomed me was very helpful, providing me with instructions and great recommendations for things to do in the area. I would definitely stay here again, as long as stairs aren't a problem.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Guests can easily explore the surrounding area and have access to all the necessary amenities. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern facilities such as a dishwasher and a washing machine. the friendly host ensures a pleasant stay, and the bonus of a Sky TV package adds to the overall experience.
The lack of soundproofing in the hotel can be a drawback for those sensitive to noise.

We had a fantastic New Year's stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to the town, the lake, and the seafront. We were also pleased to find that parking was convenient and reasonably priced. the apartment itself was modern and spacious, with all the facilities we needed. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like bottled water in the fridge and a tray with tea, coffee, and biscuits.
To our stay. there were some cleanliness issues, with sticky kitchen surfaces and dirty marks on the sofa.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, as it was within walking distance of the town center and the seafront. I also appreciated the fact that there was easy parking available right outside the hotel, giving me peace of mind about the safety of my car. the modern facilities in the hotel were top-notch, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
There were a couple of things that could be improved upon. there was a lack of convenient mirrors in the room, making it difficult for me to dry my hair and get ready.

The value for money at Crown Inn was excellent, with well-presented rooms and all the modern amenities you could need. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to Southport Pier and surrounded by great local food options. The staff, especially Joanna the manager, were informative, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider selection of dishes or options.

My wife and I had a fantastic 3-night stay at an apartment in Crown Inn. The room was immaculate, with modern decor and excellent amenities. We really enjoyed the access to Sky TV, and the cleanliness and presentation of the room were impressive. The added touches like toiletries, white towels, and kitchen essentials were greatly appreciated. Plus, the complimentary parking was a big bonus. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

The Crown Inn Southport is a great place to stay with friends. The location is perfect, right next to the King's gardens and within walking distance of good restaurants in the town centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern facilities like a large Sony flatscreen TV and a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts are helpful and provide nice touches like a Welcome basket and mini bar in the fridge.
Some of the apartments lacked certain amenities, like a long mirror or a shaver socket in the bathroom.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
